  • Magnesium Jake is BACK!!

Mag Jake is back sports fans, and better than ever. We are throwing a party on 4/20/12 to seal the deal on our return and we want you there. This is a very special show where you will be witnessing the new line-up in all their glory unleashing new material, and some good ol' fan favorites that have to be played. We also will be brining back some of the killer hard-edged stuff we did on our very first disc back in 2007 that many of you have never heard before, so don't miss this. Check us out on Facebook and the "Shows" section of this site for details, and make sure you have your donor card filled out for the paramedics after we rip your face clean off --

We also want to thank everyone for their support, we love doing what we do but we love it even more doing it for, and with, YOU. Peace . . . . . MagJake Management

  • Thank you Jake fans!

Magnesium Jake would like to thank everyone who attended our CD Release Party at Corey's. It was a memorable night and you guys rocked hard! Also, a huge thanks to Corey's in Manchester for letting us hold the event there!

New T-shirts and hard copies of the CD are available from any band member, just get a hold of us via Facebook or jake@magnesiumjake.com. The album is also now available on iTunes for those who like digital copies.

  • New Website

In anticipation of our new EP Cremating the Future, we've launched our new website, designed by Mike McGovern. Thanks for the hard work Mike, you are now officially part of the MagJake Army.

The Band

The Band

Formed in the fall 2005, Magnesium Jake's goal was set to create music they felt was missing from the music scene in New England. Forged over the next year and released in January of 2007, Magnesium Jake cut their self-titled disk with 9 tracks of pure brutality that include the now crowd favorites "Welcome Mat", "The Truth", "Talk O' The Town", and "Confession". 2007 also brought Magnesium Jake a featured spot on 106.9 WCCC's Homegrown series which helped open new doors and allowed them to open up for national acts such as Alien Ant Farm, Operator, Sugar Red Drive, Tantric, and Taproot, as well as perform at the best live music venues in New England. Magnesium Jake is currently working on their second full length release and has just finished a new EP now available on ITunes titled "Cremating The Future".
